Terms of Service
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. Payment must be paid in full upon completion of project, before completed work is given to client.
Our custom designs include one custom-designed suite (unless otherwise specified). We will happily make changes to the layout once (two sets of proofs total). Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of $40 per hour.
Content for custom orders (including but not limited to invitation wording, guest addresses, and materials provided by the client (such as chalkboards)) must be submitted by the dates specified by Sable & Gray or the order is subject to a 10% rush fee, plus expedited shipping rates.
Refunds & Returns
All custom/personalized pieces (including but not limited to invitations, stationery, day-of wedding pieces, and guest addressing) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sable & Gray guarantees customer satisfaction, so if there are any issues they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Sable & Gray retains all rights to artwork and designs, including but not limited to custom and commissioned designs. Any reproduction of artwork is prohibited unless given prior written permission from Sable & Gray.
