  • HOW MUCH DOES YOUR AVERAGE INVITATION SUITE COST? 

Our invitation pricing varies greatly depending on the printing method that is used, the number of pieces included in your suite (such as adding a map, website insert card, reception card, etc.), and how many invitations you'd like to order (the price per invitation goes down the more invitations that are ordered).   • IS GUEST ADDRESSING INCLUDED? 

Guest addressing is a separate charge, but we will happily address your envelopes for you with our beautiful hand-lettering or even hand-painted watercolors. Just let us know if you'd like us to add hand-lettered or hand-painted guest addressing to your quote. 

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DESIGN MY INVITATIONS FROM START TO FINISH? 

If you'd like to move forward with our services, we require a 50% deposit to reserve a date on our design calendar for your custom design. The turn-around time on custom designs will depend on our current availability, the printing method that you would like to use, and the number of pieces in your suite.  

  • WILL MY SUITES ARRIVE ASSEMBLED AND STAMPED?

We do not normally stuff or stamp the invitation envelopes for our brides. Each piece of your suite (invitation, RSVP card, etc.) is packaged individually and does not include stamps, but will have one suite assembled as an example of how to stuff your envelopes. If you'd like us to assemble, stuff, and stamp your invitation suites, just let us know and we will add this to your estimate. 

  • WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER BESIDES WEDDING INVITATION DESIGN?

We can design nearly any kind of  paper goods you might possibly need for your big day, from seating charts to programs.  You can see a few examples of our other offerings in the Custom Invitation Guide above. We also offer hand-lettering services such as chalkboard signage, place cards, and guest addressing. Payment

All Orders 

Payment must be received in full before the shipment of any item. 

Custom Orders

Quotes for custom orders are available upon request. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any and all work is begun on custom orders. Custom designs include one design suite. We will happily make changes to the layout once (two sets of proofs total). Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.


Shipping

Non-Custom Orders 

For non-custom orders within the United States, we will ship your order within five business days. With standard shipping, the delivery date will depend on your location, and we unfortunately have no way to guarantee a specific delivery date. If you would like to track your order and/or guarantee your delivery date, please purchase the expedited "Priority Shipping" option. Cards will be packaged in a clear plastic protective sleeve, inside a sturdy "stay-flat" cardboard mailer. Posters will be packaged in a clear plastic sleeve with a stay-flat chipboard backing. 

 

Custom Orders  

Custom orders will be packaged very carefully and will be shipped with insurance and tracking information. Processing time is on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size and details of the order.

wholesale orders 

Wholesale orders will be shipped within two weeks of the order being placed and paid for. Orders will be shipped USPS Priority with tracking and insurance. 


Refunds and Exchanges

Returns 

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.  

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Incorrect or damaged items are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us with photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item within 15 days of receiving the item. In most cases, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

We happily accept wholesale orders from licensed retailers and businesses. Please message us to receive more information, including our wholesale line-sheets. Please include your business name, location, and business website.
